As part of our efforts, we regularly invite successful and rising females from diverse STEM disciplines to conduct interactive sessions, addressing students, parents, and teachers. These sessions serve as a source of inspiration and guidance for young women. 

Furthermore, we have created an engaging online mentorship forum for young women to get the correct guidance as they require it. 

Additionally we have also established an innovation and intellectual discussion group. This group provides a stimulating space for women in STEM to exchange ideas, share their research, and collaborate on cutting-edge projects. Through this platform, we aim to foster a culture of intellectual growth, creativity, and collaboration among women in STEM.

Furthermore, we actively advocate for workplace policies that foster diversity and inclusivity in STEM organizations. We strive to create an inclusive environment that empowers women to thrive in their chosen STEM careers.
